Hi guys,
I am 33 years old.

I took 3 cycles in my bodybuildinng past

1st Deca and Primobolan depo
2nd Deca and Sustanon
3d Deca and Testosterone cypionate

Any of you have a suggestiion for my next cycle???

With gear in short supply I would just run anything I could readily aquire

It all depends on your goals bro. If you want to try something different than deca mabey try EQ, or try an oral. If your not sure than you probably dont want something like tren. EQ is light on sides and works well.
Just make sure you always run that test as a base. Im sure you remember why.

Seems like if you'd ran 3 cycles in the past and your an x bodybuilder you'd know what works for your personal chemistry and what doesn't.

Goal is adding some quality mass to my current 210 pounds. About quantities of past cycles i actually dont remmember no more. But the last cycle I took 200 mg of deca and 400 mg of cypionate for 10 weeks.

Test Cyp @ 750mg a week, 12 weeks

week 1-2 test prop 50 mgs eod
weeks 1-12 test enth 600 mgs
weeks 1-2 eq 750 mgs
weeks 3-12 eq 500 mgs
week 13 test prop 50 mgs eod
week 14 test prop 75 mgs eod
hcg,nolva,adex

weeks 1-2 tren ace/test prop 50 mgs each eod
weeks 1-12 test enth 600 mgs
weeks 1-12 tren enth 500 mgs
weeks 12-13 ace/prop 50 mgs each eod
week 14 ace/prop 75 mgs each eod
