Try downing more cold protein shakes. It's about 85 here today and I just downed a nice icy protein shake as eating didn't sound good, tasted great and put 50 grams of protein in my system. Heat definitely takes its toll on the appetite. Anything else going on that would effect the cycle? Maybe work, home life, illness? Sometimes stress will really mess with us too.

Hey RM, i'm on 750mgs test e and 600 mgs eq per week and am having the same problem.My appetite is gone most of the time when its warm out. I'm getting most of my calories from cold meats and veg with olive oil. On the rare cold day I eat twice as much I'd say. I haven't lost or gained any weight yet, still staying around 250 lbs although I'm only 3 weeks in

This is crazy. Im currently 5 weeks in and on a test and eq cycle. I dont have much of an appitite either. I dont think Im lacking much in the cal/protein department, but I guess its making a huge difference because I havent gained or lost yet either. Im thinking this would have been a better winter cycle. When I force myself to eat sometimes I even get an upset stomach. At this point I dont know if I should abandon this cycle or not, but I'll probably just finish it and try to increase the cals. I hear you guys, its just a minor setback. Hold your chin up and eat!

1/2 my problem is drinking to much water, sometimes my belly is distended like a 6mo preg woman just from water in the heat. But I sweat like a bitch so I gotta drink.

Now some of you big ass mofo's know what it is like for a hard gainer ! Yes..the summer sucks for weight gains for me too..I have to do bulking in winter months period..summer is when i cut up and always lose weight.Blue bell vanilla ice cream mixed in with my skim milk and chocolate muscle milk tastes great in the summer.Can you eat right at bedtime and get up and eat in the middle of the night Role ?Something else that stimulates my apetite also is doing cardio or weight training first thing in the morning..this gets my metabolism kicking and I am hungry even on 100 degree days....

RM, if you're drinking tons of water why not just mix up some whey in like a gallon of water and drink from that. Make the whey to water ratio a bit less then normal so it tastes like water.

Ever tried Cyto gainer? Its pretty good stuff. Each serving has 54g protein, 860cals, 3g creatine, 2g glutamine, and so on. I used it twice a day throughout last years cycle and it rocked.
