How bad is your shoulder?

I think my joints are lubricated a little extra already because some of my other problems have disappeared. The doctor and physical therapist say its a combination of bicep and suparatis (sp) cuff that is the problem and they are on located top of each other or intertwined or adjacent to each other and both irritated. I don't think it's very bad but it's extremely sore when I do curls and back work. I don't attempt bench or presses.
One of my ideas for the weight gain is that it's partially muscle memory from years of lifting and being bigger before. It's possible I gained 10 pounds of muscle on my legs by the look and strength of them ( used to squat a lot) and a few pounds on upper body, just getting back to where i was pre-accident. I was shrunk from inactivity and low calorie and now I'm not anymore. I've got a great diet going on- very precise. Sizewise I'm happy now but realize I have to gain a lot more to maintain once the gear wears off. Also, as previously mentioned building the shoulder supporting muscles is a main goal and it's barely begun on that account. Long way to go. Thanks.
