Do you know if this guy is doing any cardio, and if so, how much?
YOU CAN'T AND I REPEAT CAN'T tell someone not to go overboard when it comes to nutrition. I'm sorry, but it's just plain wrong.
I know a mate that can get huge from eating nothing but salad's and protein shakes all day, me on the other hand, I have to consume at LEAST 4000 calories a day. IF i don't, I'll shrink, simple!
I'm sorry for sounding shitty, but if this guy is an ectomorph with a fast metabolism who finds it hard to put on weight, i'm sorry buddy.. but you're steering him in the wrong direction.
