Some people take it 3-5 times a day at 5mg per dose and some people take the full 25mg at one time. When you take it 3-5 times a day, your levels will remain even. Hope this helps..

you take it 3-4 times a day because its only active in the body for about 3 hours...so no matter how much you take its gone in 3 hours so better to take small divided doses to keep blood levels steady

3 hrs active? I think you mean 3hr halflife. .. I'd take the full dose right before a workout and let the injects work their magic the rest of the day

I agree one application is plenty - this whole idea that orals should be spread out is bull IMO - if you use ed you get plenty of the drug in you especially if you are running injects as you should be

cool so should i take 1 dose of reforvit b as in 1 cc or 25 mg a day? which is more 1 cc or 25 mg is there a site or thread on how to figure stuff like that?

there's actually an easier way to figure that out ... look on the label. :-)

when I used it I only injected once a day and blew up like crazy - so it must work fine that way

okay thanks. when do i stop on my dosage. im doing a 12 week cycle of 500 mg sus. also on my novadex and clymid how much mg and when do i start taking do i only take that if i start geting nipple sensitive.
