Why is it when taking Nolvadex your muscle hardness noticeably improves?

Its an estrogen blocker and estrogen in the male body, or any body for that matter, will cause retension... You kick in anti-estrogens, it stops that from occuring... Because of that, your test/estrogen ratio will become way more proficient at building muscle and burning fat.. I shouldnt have said "flushes" water, it was a poor choice of words..

Thats right ,estrogen turns you into a soft puffy girl,and when you use aromastising gear it can get away on you.
Blocking estrogen wih nolva makes for better looking more solid gains.

Just remember though, some estrogen in your body while on cycle is beneficial. (For me anyway)

Personally i always run nolvadex throughout my cycles.Just a personal choice relly and these days i don't mind sacrificing gains to help keep in better looking shape overall.

Most likely due to the fact that it helps block estrogen and therefore bloat.
