hey can anyone tell me when taking winnie will your entire body get cut even your face also what would be a good amt to take for 4 months of winne only

first off... winny is more of a cosmetic substance IMO. you need lower body fat to reap the full benefits of it (at least i feel this is true), and the effects dont last much longer than while your on it. also, 4 months of winny is WAAAAAY too long to be on... you might want to do a little more research on this before you start it. also, what are your stats? body fat, weight, etc... how long have you been training? keep in mind that diet will be the real key for you to get cut.

my fault not 4 months more like 4 week and im 6'2 235 bf not sure diet,,just eating right now to bulk up as it is hard for me to gain weight

ahhh... much better, but id say try 6 wks even =) and a lotta guys have started using 100mg ED... but 50mg ED is more than alright. does the trick for me just fine. youll look nice and vascular and just overall much more cut. i never noticed anything in my face though.
