how long does it take for winstrol to leave your system? i have been off for a month now, im eating perfect and doing cardio everyday and i look better now than i did when i was on.i just want to know if i can maintain this further down the road? i want to be natural.

you should try something like Chrysin to prolong the test in your body. you may be too late however.

if you are doing cardio and eating right every day, you shouldn't need any juice. you may lose a little bit of size, but if you stick with a quality program you will retian your overal physique.

Winstrol has a short half-life, hence the need to administer is so frequently. I don't know how long it's detectable in your system for, but it won't be actively doing anything for you now.

Before I did a first cycle, I cleaned my diet and training up, so amazingly, I did lose a bit of the initial size I gained when I came off cycle, but after a month or so, I did look in much better condition. Although the roids did an excellent job on me, my continued diet etc meant I could carry on looking better even when I came off.

Your continued progress will be down to your hard work and dedication, not the drugs still being in your system.

I do understand your question though, as when I came off of Win, I still seemed to be improving, but like I said, my diet and absolutely killing myself in the gym was doing that

thanks for the help.Everytime I have came off in the past I mess up and start eatin bad,cuz I think I cant do it without juice.But this time I feel much better and I dont want to make the same mistake.It is very hard mentally to come off somethin and try to continue without, but maybe I wasnt prepared or mature enough mentally to handle that.
