hello, im new to the site and and im about to start a cycle on winstrol. im 6'3 310lbs and im benching 335 at the moment. im just lookin to cut up and drop a good amount of body fat. any opinions?

....WHAT'S YOUR goal bro?.....what's your % bf? and what do you want? ....in anycase remember diet is 1th thing. ....from my experience, if I've to loose a lot of fat, I'm more focus on the diet and I train just once or 2 a week pretty light - in this case I just use clen, t3, nolvadex and anavar ( I preffer anavar to winny ....it's less toxic for the liver).....when you use t3 always add a AAS, t3 is pretty strong and without a AAS it could burn fat and muscles... |

yeah i was planning on doin a it alone first, and then maybe something to bulk up. i already eat good, and workout 4 or 5 times a week. i was plannin on startin at maybe .5cc for the first week and then up it to 1cc for the next 2 or 3 weeks after that

| winny alone? waste of time.. you will lose weight though.. I know a few guys who use it regularly, it's all they use..but then again they do it regularly i consider that a lack of effectiveness.. i suggest diet and cardio, if you're going to bulk up eventually just run Test Prop/Proviron.. Make lean gains, and knock out some fat while you're at it... You could also run test, some dbol the first 4 weeks, then do the last 6-8 weeks with winny or var.. you know anything about PCT?? lol.. who'da thunk I'd be suggesting orals..

im not tryin to sound stupid yall lol im inexperienced and thought i could get some advice from this forum. i always heard good thing about winny dropping weight fast thats why i got on here and started askin some questions. so your sayin to just diet right and cardio and get om some Dbol and then some winny later on

| Winny is awesome! If you were 6'3 310 and 15% body fat. I'm guessing you're not. Get a good clean diet together. Put a high intensity weight lifting plan together. Reps not weight! You're 6'3"310! Who cares what you bench? Anyone that see's you would be saying "that's a big fucker" not "I wonder how much he benches". Try cardio 30-60 min. 5 days a week. You are too big to see any results with winny alone. Unless you use 1cc a day for 12 weeks. And I don't recommend that but I'm sure it has been done. I think you might want to work on dropping some body fat first. The test prop/proviron as proposed by LifeSize is a great idea. You'll get leaner, harder and build strength. Good luck. The winny? Drink it!! J/K Save the winny or sell it to some nearly ripped dude at the gym. |

thanks guys i really appreciate all the info. right now im about 25% body fat. i weighed about 330 about a 1 1/2 months ago. so ive been dieting pretty good. ive always worked out, just never ate good. and i just started new job about a week ago, tree service so all i do is lift heavy ass tree trunks all day lol. but im gonna try to run more to get smoe good cardio workin. right now i have a regular gym? but have any of yall had success with a BOWFLEX? theres so much hype everywhere about it, and i know that guy on the commercial has to be on some kind of steroid.
