Ouch, I thought I was on to something and I get nailed by two Mods. I get very good results from Deca. I wanted to add something for strenght, but do not want to deal with the estrogen sides. Hence the 50mg
winny tabs (first time using Winstrol). Goal is to drop weight while maintaing or increasing muscle mass. bob Smith and I have been posting with regard to this recently. I train with weights 4-5 days per week. Cardio everyday. M,W,F 3.2 mile morning walk. Gym days walk to gym at night 2.2miles and mixed martial arts Tuesday and Thursday nights. Goal is 260-270. I have done stronman comps for 5 years. In the pass year I have been more involved with mixed martial arts.
