Winstrol as first Cycle (ever)

Hi all. I have been lifting naturally for close to 11 years. I have hit a plateau the last 2 years that I cant seem to pass. I am 39 years old and in great health. Have never done any steroids but have access recently to some Winstrol and was wondering if any of you seasoned bodybuilders have any insight on what if anything I should do. I read the profile and what to expect on this site but was wondering if there were any suggestions that might be beneficial. I am not looking for huge gains. But would like to definately see some increased muscle mass and strength. I look forward to reading your replies. Regards.

Winstrol only would not be a good first cycle, you would be dissapointed with the results. A test only cycle would be best, and dont worry about getting hugh thats not going to happen after only 1 cycle.

bump on test: winny only will give you bad sides. you would get the results you want with some test e @500ew plus pct.

i get my best results from winstrol tabs only. it is structured similar to anadrl. however,milligram per milligram,winstrol is much stronger. thats why winny tabs are a much lower dosage than anadrol.

Wow thanks for your quick replies and input. There is a lot of information here and I am trying to make the best of it. Test seems to be the way to go from what I have read here. Which leads me to another question. Would my gains be lost once I finished this cycle? If so how many cycles would be needed to maintain gains? Not sure about aquiring the Test E. I live on a island so things can be hard to come by here. The winstrol in question that I have access to is the injectable kind, not tabs. Regardless I will look around. Thanks again for your input. Run some test enanthate @ 500mgs a week for 12 weeks and run the winny @ 50mgs eod for the last 6 weeks ...Good for a first timer

bump: u need test with winny so either you could do a winny plus test or just test. if you continue dieting and training hard u will keep majority of it. protein, protein, protein......
