i recently got some winstrol tabs and was wondering about the dosage to take they are 25mg tabs. The place i got them suggested i take 3 a day for a 75 mg a day total. That sounds right? Any help would be good

no cycle info this is my first time im 5'10 180 im lookin to cut myself up not gain mass, the gym is just takin to long for the results i want ive been there for like 6 months or so now and havent saw great production so i thought id speed things up

How old are you? If you have only been working out for 6 months, you have a long way to go! you need to wait til you have gotten as far as you can naturally before you even think about going that route. Also, if you are that impatient then you are prob not training and eating right and wouldnt even make any gains off AAS also. Im not trying to put you down or anything, just letting you know that you need to first dial in on your diet and workout routine and bust your ass day in and day out before you start thinking about this stuff

i'm not out of shape by no means i play alot of sports regularly and i just started hittin the gym alot in the last 6 months im 29 i eat good.. ive been on a meal plan for the last year.... thanks for the input that is what im aimin for on here before i take the plunge

Well, let me go ahead and tell you that Winny does NOT get you cut. You hear a lot of people saying that, but the truth is, is that it is used in cutting cycles. Usually with other compounds. It is very beneficial when mixed with certain compounds and the diet is stict because then your body fat is down and you can see the muscle hardening effects are. But if you want to get cut, then diet, cardio, and ECA or Clen are going to be your best choices

toughguy99, you should look into PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast). The basics are you eat enough protein to support your current LBM, enough EFA's for healthy heart function, and enough carbs to drag you through a 3x week full body work out. You would run it for 2 weeks, and take a 5 hour window to carb up for the next two weeks. If you were fatter you would only do a cheat meal a week with certain constraints.. That means free meal is not a large pizza and a tub of ben & jerrys halfbaked. Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories Alcohol: 1 gram = 7 calories You would be about 1200cals, I was probably a little generous with the protein too.. :\ It's not a fun diet! It's not something you will want to do any time soon after you finish.. But it works, and works damn well. Your food choices would be animal proteins (boneless/skinless chicken breast/thigh, turkey, beef, pork, fish - the goal is minimal fat to not offset your calories, you want it all from the efa supplementation. All the veggies you can stuff down your throat, minus peas, carrots, beets, corn, potatoes, beans - any starchy veggies). For what it's worth, you get used to having brocoli for breakfast when you see that your 10lbs down in a week ![]() Protein: 200g = 800cal Fat: 10g EFA's = 90cal Carb: 30g on work out days = 120 You can run Clen for 2-3 weeks, then go 1-2 weeks on EC, then back.. If you are even on the diet that long.. 15-20lbs will be no more. That's just a simple overview, research Clenbuterol and Ephedrine/Caffeine. Best of luck dude! Also keep in mind you aren't going to become Ronnie off one cycle, and more muscle on your frame means easier to burn fat.

well ive went ahead and started the winni about 4 weeks ago i also stacked it with 600 mg of test a week ive saw great results so far, combined with the stupid meal plan and 1 hour of cardio 5 days a week and the regular workout reg. The only thing im havin problems with is gettin enough water into me, I'm a construction worker and working outside most of the winter i just dont drink anything when its cold i guess i am drinking about a gallon a day so im getting some joint pains in my shoulders any other ways i can resolve this??? cheers |
