winstrol or anavar ?

Im a rookie dont know what to take Im 27yrs old 5'8 195ilbs been working out for 7yrs.want to get that hard lean and dry look . Im currently on a High protein diet never used anything before what should i take to help me reach my goal?

I am a strong believer on test only for 1st cycle. I think you should look into a test prop only cycle. The results should be very good if your diet is good and your training hard. I would run somthing like this:
weeks 1-12 test prop every other day.
Make sure you have a good pct lined up!!!

Doing a little research would help but I would definitely suggest anavar over winstrol. Some complain about the joint pain with winstrol and I know I have had a few experience with winstrol being under dosed compared to anavar. I like the way I felt a lot better on anavar then winstrol although I felt better gains on winstrol.

Anavar is less harsh than winny and you can use it for longer periods, but it's so much more expensive.
