winny question

i've got some winny ( 2 20 ml vials of it). i've been doing research trying to determine the dosage i'll use. i've read all over it is either ed or eod. since i've never taking winny is there anyone who can say that one or the other is better ( either ed or eod). thanks for the response

winny should be taken ed for best results. 50mg per day should do you.

Yep, with the half life of Winny you'd be completly off for a day at EOD.

ed whether i'm lifting or not or just everday that i'm lifting. i am working out 5-6 days a week. i always take 1 day off and depending on how i feel sometimes 2.

winny should be taken every day. when start 50mg every day it rocks me like hell. there is no sense to take winny eod, its from my expirence.
