winny tabs and clen questions?

i got a friend, its for a women, has 60 winny tabs, blue, 50mg i think, and some liqclen 30ml - 200mcg\ml are they good stacking togther, and for a women how should she take it and what amounts, the clen im more worried about, i was thinking 20mcg for a few days and go up another 10 and max at 40 in a 2 week span, and then take off for a week and do it again, what do u guys think, i dont want her on to much clen..shes about a little over 150lbs.
