AAS. It might help to post your diet and training history.
1. -Your target weight of 180, which is 17 lbs more than oyu are now could be achieved with just your sustanon alone. ACTUALLY, IT CAN BE REACHED NATURALLY WITHOUT ANY
AAS. But if you insist, then I dont think you really need the dbols, seeing as how sustanon contains
prop (a fast acting ester) but you are free to do as you please.
Primo at 400 mgs is effective and a good addition minus the suppresive issues deca might induce, as well as any estro-related sides. But as it has been stated before, lets hope it is real
primo.
-14 weeks is a bit long for a beginner. You could cut it down to 12 with no prob. If you were to run deca, i would cut it sooner than you list it. ALways run the
test for several weeks longer than the deca, ALWAYS.
-Now with your PCT. HCG would definitely be a good addition to keep your balls from shrinking and to make you recover a lot faster. DO a search on hwo to use it. Some people like to use it throughout their cycle to "keep the horse in the barn" or so to speak (which i would tend to agree with). Clomid and/or nolva for pct is obviously a must, which leads me to believe...
...if you dont already know how to plan your pct, you probably should research a little more before trying anything. Not to mention train, and eat more before you do any cycle. 160 is just too small. You shouldnt have a problem reaching your goals naturally.
