That looks nothing like acne. was DEFINITELY an infection. Could have been started b y acne. That guy doesnt have any plans to work out. Frankly, look like a terrrible staff infection. Probably is. There are plenty of strains out there that can move slowly, to eating your arm off in a day. Probably a german genetic experiment gone arrai. For that matter, could have been anthrax attack.

I am a paramedic and that is wosre than most shot gun wounds I have seen. Jesus. How could you not realize that you might need medical attention.

Anyways, something I have found that works great for myself is Tersaseptic body wash. Fairly cheap at Wal-Mart.
