What do you think of X factor (arachidonic acid) ? Did you get lean mass with it ?

It's a very interesting supplement:
  • Supraphysiologic levels of arachidonic acid dramatically increase prostaglandin levels in response to training.
  • The anabolic actions of prostaglandin work primarily by increasing the amount of androgen receptors.
  • The higher the levels of AR, the more responsive your muscles are to endogenous testosterone or AAS cycles.
Bill Llewellyn is really excited about this. He believes very strongly in the potential so much so that he's spent tens of thousands of dollars for a patent for it. And several credible people have tried it with great success.

I, for one, plan on trying a full cycle of it shortly. I'll keep you posted.

BTW, for anyone who is interested in the technical aspects of arachidonic acid, there is an in-depth profile in Anabolics 2005 as well as some great info on it in the accompanying free issue of Body of Science.
