X-factor with ephedrine for fat loss?

Hi guys,

I want to start a fat loss program with ephedrine but i am also in a cycle of x-factor.Is it ok if i incorporate ephedirne with x-factor and reduced calories?
Will i gain the benefits from x-factor for gaining muscle also while on reduced calories'?
