I made this list and printed it out for myself before I go to the Walmart tonight to get all the stuff I need to get started, this is gona be my "DNP Bible" for the next few weeks
Suggested Foods:
any fruits espcially apples they are high in fiber
Blueberry Yogurt
Pinapple
V8
Oatmeal or any other high fiber foods (alot of cereals are an excellent source of fiber)
Oregeno based foods
Suggested Supplements:
For sleep:
Valerian Root
Meletonin
For energy:
ECA stack or ephedra
Necessarry:
Drink atleast 1 gallon of water a day
Magnesium (1500mg)*
Vitamin C (3000mg in divided doses)*
Vitamin E (1200 IU in divided doses)*
Calcium (2000mg not taken with the Magnesium)
Alpha-Lipoic Acid (500-1000mg daily in divided doses)
MultiVitamin
ZMA
combination of Acetyl-L-carnitine (Alcar) and Lipoic Acid- (Mitochondria targeting antioxidants)
glycerol
DO NOT USE:
Allery meds (unless experience side affects requiring)
antidepressants
muscle relaxers
beta blockers
DRUGS!!! Extacy-GHB-Pain Meds-etc etc etc...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alcohol (none, zip, zero, zilch!!)
Excercise:
Keep Cardio to a minimum and lifting short (30-40 minutes)
consume atleast 1 liter eery 30 minutes of excercise
Always follow DNP Excercise with antioxidants, carbs and this is a good time to tak your multivitamin
Some Facts:
Do not take DNP on an empty stomach
Keep fat intake to a minimum
DNP upgrades the effects of
clen, if you have used it before and it stopped working DNP can help bring back its glory
It has been suggested to take
clen and DNP a week apart due to the affects they have on T3
DNP causes histamine releases and can cause a rash which is why you want to take Benadryl or Quercetin
Cranberry and Coffee also stop release the histamines
