Default Can you cut and bulk at the same time?

My next cycle is 500mg test/wk for 8wks and 40mg dbol ed 4wks. I want to add Clen but I think I would just be spinning my wheels. I drink weight gainer for the protein and I eat tons! I am not trying to cut weight in fack I want to gain 20lbs. I am around 17-18% bf I want to get down to around 12%. My diet is good(no junk food or pop) but in gaining mode will clen help burn body fat but still alow me to eat so much and gain solid muscle mass? This will be 3rd cycle and the past two were the same and results were amazing!!!

Its possible to do both, at slower rates than if you did either one individually. If you want to limit fat gain while bulking, add in some bromocriptine. IMO, just adding clen to a bulking cycle wont do much of anything. Either pick one and gain/lost the most possible, or take a more moderate approach and do each one more slowly.

Why not get down to 12% before you start your next cycle. Then when you start up make sure you eat clean with 300 grams protien coming from chicken, fish ,and lean beef. Lose the weight gainer supplements as they are mostly sugar calories. Extend your cycle to 12 weeks and throw in 400 mgs per week of EQ with your test. Keep your fats moderate and get them from eggs, fish oil, or flax seed oil. Limit your carbs to yams, brown rice, and maybe some oatmeal. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

I would agree with roadkill in cutting down first to 12% then work your way up with a clean diet and with out the weight gainer as it is loaded with sugar and unwanted carbs. I was able to gain a little muscle on my last cycle before my show using a clean diet I didn't gain much in 3 months but I stepped on stage weighing 3 more lbs.

It's very possible to do both. Just make sure your eating more calories than you're taking in to gain the mass and that your in a calorie deficit to lose the fat.

Umm...the last time I checked you cant have a surplus and a deficit at the same time.

I've done all 3...and am currently attempting the lose fat and gain strength at the same time. I will say this. I think you can keep/gain strength while cutting. But adding size while actually losing fat....DAMN hard. Sure you could lower your % bf by gaining muscle and keeping fat the same. But to actually lose the fat?

In all honesty....I think you'll be much happier by getting lean first. You'll like your look much better, and also avoid the possibility of actually creating new fat cells, rather than enlarging the ones you have.

Focus on fat loss with this cycle. If you can get the EQ great. Tren would also be great here. I'd opt out of the D-bol due to the water retention properties. And maybe some anti-E thrown in there to suppress estrogen and enhance the fat furnace. Last, be sure to cycle the Clen with EC (no A) every 2 weeks.

I know you say you eat "tons". But how does one quantify that. Can you put an actual caloric figure on that? I can give more specifics if you give me current weight stats.
