proactive has worked well for many people.my wife bought it on ebay for around 7-10 dollars.

your cycle is relatively lite and you really shouldnt have much problem...but everyones different...so try the proactive.

btw for future cycle dont start at a low dose and work up...either front load or keep it at the same level though out.

One thing to do is tan at a salon 2 or 3 times a week. It will dry your skin out for sure, and that really helps with the breakouts. Maybe someone else has a better suggestion, but that worked for me.

B5 10 grams / day then when acne subsides 5 grams/day maintenance. B5 is the best IMHO because it's cheap and really has no sides I can think of.

yea b5 i hear is good preventative if you are already starting to break out use proactive i used this and it works for most people aslo along with a good face was or like b5 you can take an anti biotic like doxycyline to kill the bacteria that causes the acne. also nothing is a fast and easy as staying tan to help with the acne. out of all these suggestions you can find a good mixture that should work well for you. good luck growing

I like the acne pads made by Oxy, if you have a problem with blackheads they are quite good.....the antibiotic Doxycycline is good too, I have never tired it though so I can't say what the sides are or aren't.

shit you scared me bro I thought you were doing 2500mg week what a waste, if this is your first cycle keep the sust the same all the through @ 500mg week but if you want you can go 3 shots week 750mg weeks. I would also run the cycle for another few weeks and stop the deca 2 weeks before sust ends thats just me and I know this post was on zits so here you go, when taking shower use some dish soap, dries those fuckers right up,the only real place I get zitz is some on the nuts and on my head, pretty weaird very little on face but all on my head,
