Biggest bust in midwest

My buddy Greg got busted in Eau Claire, WI last month for having about 4 kilos or so of test powder and selling it to an undercover snitch.

I'm looking for anything to help him, for a lot of reasons, but mostly because he was set up to sound like some big dealer, and he's not.

He's 60, and could only order a large amount from china (minimum order), and figured he'd just go on the stuff till he died.

Long story short, a guy asked him to sell some to him, and he said no, and gave it to the guy. So this jerk sets him up and Greg again gives him more (Greg's a nice guy). But this fellow pushed a third time, and Greg finally said okay, he's sell him some. The guy bought another time, and the third time Greg was telling him no more, and they busted him right there.

Busted... for being a soft touch, but he could get 20 years. I'm looking for anything...

Also, he only had test, nothing else, so the thing is, what would a jury say to his story, or would a judge be better. People hate steroids as though it were heroin or something bad in and of itself. It's just a controlled substance.... this shit is sad.

Anyone know of a good steroid lawyer who has dealt with feds? (amount was so big the feds had to make a big deal of it and want to make an example of him).

It's bogus for this stuff to be illegal anyway, it was perfectly legal last time Greg used it, and the AMA, FDA, and... oh, the alcohol and tobacco people, whatever their TLA is, were all against it becoming a class 2 controlled drug when congress went to make it so.

what garbage that a man can go to prison for a politically bogus reason in the USA.

Any help with ideas would be appreciated greatly. Greg is one of my best friends.

Your buddy could benefit by contacting Rick Collins. He's an attorney who specializes in AAS cases and knows more about the law in this area than probably anyone else. If he can't personally help your friend, he can put you in touch with a local attorney whom is qualified.

Everyone that does business with these chinese powder dealers needs to drive home the fact that we don't like buying a kilo at a time

I have to search high and low to find a guy that will send personal use quanitities

It is partially our fault by trying to get them to underbid each other they are tempted to give bulk pricing.

quite honestly whether my test prop. is .60 a gram or 1.80 doesn't freaking matter compared to the ability to get it by customs with safe packaging and quanities not to be worth a controlled delivery

Make sure if you buy from these guys tell them how you appreciate the fact that they don't make you buy too much, and make sure to put feedback on the boards on how much you like the fact that they don't require too large of a minimum order

He's so depressed he can't lift, go outside, or do anything but sit on the couch and want to die. All for some powder in a bag...

Right now he's not even returning my calls. I just moved to Virginia from Wisconsin, and I feel terrible. I was his best friend and left him right when this happens.

Good luck to your bro. Sounds like a bad deal, nothing I can say will make it any better. I do however want you to keep us posted on this. Rick Collins is the man when it comes to this. I'd take out a second mortgage to get the best.

4 kilo minimum order, I've never heard of that before ... holy poop. None of the suppliers I've heard of have anywhere remotely close to that for a min order..

I don't know if anyone goes back this far to read stuff, but I know Greg also and he got a year in the slammer with huber. I stopped to see him last week and his spirits seemed fine. I told him not to sell to anyone that he doesn't know.
