Is it illegal for state LE to tell you not to call an attorney after they're done with the search?

No it would not nullify an otherwise legal, completed, warrant. Only what comes after it.

If you said yes to the search then no . If you said I want to call my lawyer then yes . You do not have to let them search shit. They ask cause most people will say go ahead . Unless they have probable cause they can't unless you say go ahead .
