No it would not nullify an otherwise legal, completed, warrant. Only what comes after it.

If you said yes to the search then no . If you said I want to call my lawyer then yes . You do not have to let them search shit. They ask cause most people will say go ahead . Unless they have probable cause they can't unless you say go ahead .
