Yea man, id do a
test only cycle - you could add some deca to that if you want - but keep it simple if its been a while - the deca would help increase calcium retention in your bones - also aid your joints somewhat ...
id say go with 500mgs/week of
test enanthate ... if your lookin to build some muscle
if you really wanna put on some maintainable mass
go with 500mg/week of
test enanthate or cypionate + 400mg/week Deca
and if you really dont mind bloating it up - and want some strength and mass gains go with
20 to 30 mgs/day - dianabol - first three weeks
500mgs
test enanth. or
cyp weeks one to 10
followed by Proper PCT
but stick to one to two compounds - keep it simple man
