but back to payment types. I would definitely know what other options are out there other than Wire Tranfers like Western Union/Money Gram, e-gold and others. This green dot sounds good but any other great and proven options?

actually the best is cash only....if you have a good proven source you can send a birthday card with some cash in it and that is the best way...nothing in your name, nothing coming back to you, nothing traced back to you...but you have to have a solid source that accepts that....
