Two guards quit and two others were fired at the Y-12 nuclear weapons plant after testing positive for anabolic steroids. Damien LaVera, a spokesman for the National Nuclear Security Administration in Washingon, said the federal agency is reviewing the requirements for random steroid testing as a result of the Oak Ridge incidents.
