i very much doubt it, there is barely a law here as it is and the police cant control the drunk and disorderly, nevermind steroid laws.

The goverment concentrate and far more important things here like stopping people doing 35 in 30 zones

Besides i seriously doubt for the life of me that the gear was related to his death at all, especially not £30 worth

I, too, seriously doubt that oral steroids created this swelling. If it was the case, why have we not heard of this occurring more often. There is alot more to this story.
