ya, pretty nice lift man. Good to see you're finally coming up to our level As an aside, and reading the earlier post about belts, do you wear a belt when you do JS rows?

Damn straight it's brag worthy. Especially knowing that you are using proper form to do it. Nice work on the comeback.

What about the dip belt Grizz? You took up the kickbacks didn't you. HAHAHAHA. Belts are best used for sled/car pulling.

Never had a dip belt. I just used to attach a chain with a couple of S-hooks to my belt and hang weights that way. Since my recent move, I don't do dips anymore and even when i was, 300lbs is heavy enough to dip. Although, I was able to do 3 sets of 20.

LMAO! Shit, and I was just wondering about how you're doing. I had even planned on pming you at Total elite. Not anymore, you monkey motherfucker! I changed my mind. I hope you're not doing well. I hope you have syphillus, beeyotch!

For the record, my PR is 325X3X3. Now I'm back to loading, so I will have to lift girlie weights. I'm hoping to finish at 315X5X5. If I do that, then I will be very, very happy with myself.
