Default 5X5 and missed workouts.

Sometimes life interupts even the best plans. What should one do on a missed workout? I had to miss today because of a funeral. Should I attempt to make it up tomorrow? I was thinking about just deadlifting and military presses. Don't want to mess up with back to back days of squating, etc.

I used to do the workout the next day. If necessary, you can bump all workouts over a day.

I never had a problem doing two of the workouts back to back, as long as the 3rd workout was on schedule.
