Hi, is it recommended that the monday and friday workouts has to be the "same"? Original 5*5 Monday: Olympic Squats 5x5 (same weight) Benching 5x5 (flat, close grip or regular)(same weight) JS Rows 5x5 (same weight) Accessory (low volume triceps and abs) Wednesday: Olympic Squats 5x5 (reduced 15-20% from Monday) or Front Squats 5x5 Standing Military Press 5x5 (same weight) Deadlifts 5x5 (same weight) (if you pull 2.5x bodyweight do 3x5) Pull ups 5x5 (use weight if you need it) Accessory (biceps and abs) Friday: Olympic Squats 5x5 (working up each set) Benching 5x5 (flat or incline)(same weight) Rows 5x5 (same weight) Accessory (low volume triceps and abs) My Question: Monday Olympic Squats 5x5 (same weight) Benching 5x5 (flat, close grip or regular)(same weight) JS Rows 5x5 (same weight) accessory Wednesday Olympic Squats 5x5 (reduced 15-20% from Monday) or Front Squats 5x5 Standing Military Press 5x5 (same weight) Deadlifts 5x5 (same weight) (if you pull 2.5x bodyweight do 3x5) other exercises moved to friday accessory Friday Olympic Squats 5x5 (working up each set) Inclinebenching 5x5 (same weight) Pull ups 5x5 (use weight if you need it) accessory Changed things are marked bold. I wanted to lower the stress on wednesday. Instead of 4 main exercises, it would be 3. But i just saw a few minutes ago, that this would lead to some serious dysbalances in the shoulder region, because the incline doesn´t have a counterrow. Another question. Would it be preferable to use the same exercises at monday and friday, or is it "okay" to use flat on M, inlince on F, and JSrows on M, and other rows on F? |
