Default 5x5 program help

hi i want to do the 5x5 program as it was recommended by u guys, but i am confused on how to do the rows and chins. Can somebody explain how to do the rows and the chins for this program. Do i do upright rows and chinups?. i need to no the correct form. thanks

Bent over rows or JS rows.. not upright rows.. and chins..

Rows: 5x5 just like the program should state.

Chins: get a weight belt and add extra weight if you want to do 5x5 for chinups, or you could do 3x8. Really pullups/chins are not a major part of the program, still do them, but focus on the Squat/Bench/Row/Deadlift. Though the assistance exercises obviously help.
