I used the 5x5 with great success for many months...but decided to change it up a bit, and now doing DC training.

I started thinking for a minute(pretty scary huh?) and I am not angry about the copy and paste thing. Nobody seems to read the stickies. This thread has 150+ or 170+ views and the sticky has 700+ even though it has been up for much much longer. This info. is so good that it doesnt hurt to have it in a few spots. Might have to copy and paste it all in the GD next
