What are the ingredients of endorush? These things could be caused by low blood pressure or could be clear signs of overtraining.

Probably nothing other than just a good workout. If you pass out or throw up, your just training hardcore for you. I know tonight, my training partner and I did legs for about 3-4 hours for a total of over 40 sets. My legs are sore but i dont feel that I was over training, i personally feel fine.

3-4 hours? Are you serious, or was that a typo? I'm not trying to be an asshole but that is waaaaaaay too long.

Nope no typo, Got up to my gym @ 6pm, Worked out till about 9:15. Its def not way too long, different peoples bodies work differently with exercise. If i workout for 2 hours, and do 15-20 sets of 4-5 diff exercises a body part, Im not sore 15 minutes after the exercise if finished. Thats just how I am. I prefer hardcore, high sets, highvolume/lowvolume training. I just know what works for me. If im not sore, I didnt do enough.

We did this yesterday: 4-5 sets pyramidng up and then back down on each exercise. Plus when you have a training partner you have that Egotistical friendly competition that helps you push the limits. And thats where your going to grow. When you goto the edge.

Barbell Squats
Dumbell Stiff leg deads
Ham Curls
Quad Extensions
Smith Squat
Leg Press
leg press Calf ext
Standing Calf ext.
