Basic Routine For Bulk/Strength
6'1, 230. Worst body parts are bi's, back width, and rear delts. I have decent upper back thickness. I'm trying to focus on bulking and catch up these lagging parts before I start to lean out in about 2-3 months.
Current routine:
Mon
Barbell Bench, Dumbell Incline Flyes, Dips, Cable Crossovers
Tue
Rest (maybe some curls, but I'm usually too sore for any upper body)
Wed
Oly Squats, Leg Press, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions
Thur
Rest
Fri
Chins, Deadlifts, Bent-over Barbell Rows, Standing Rows, Seated Cable Rows
Any suggestions?
