Default bench pressing -skinny guy

hey all i been working out on and off for 15 years,And ever since i got married and had a kid i can't get back in the gym.Its been a good 2 years.Im ready to get back in the gym full time.M stats 31yrs. 6.ft 175lbs. i'm a natural thin guy regardless of what i eat.What the problem is if i don't do bench ever other day i start to lose on it and feel weak.
but i can't get past 300lbs.I'm i overtraining chest ?It does not feel like it
but is that what is keeping me from getting any higher?I'm just lost and so skinny its hard to stay in the gym these days.Don't what to use any aas until i can get some weight on this frame..any help from you pros will be appreciated

How much weight do you use for barbell rows?

exactly what i was thinking. You need your antagonists to be very strong also. There is a great article by dave tate on Tmag. it is a couple of years old and focuse on increasing your bench. More or less you need to make sure you have a strong back and shoulders along with your chest. With as much emphasis as you place on your bench, your chest probably isnt the weakest link

50-65lbs i have a really small back come to think about it

Small back = small bench. Really focus on strengthening your back over the next few months and you will see your bench numbers rise.
