exactly what i was thinking. You need your antagonists to be very strong also. There is a great article by dave tate on Tmag. it is a couple of years old and focuse on increasing your bench. More or less you need to make sure you have a strong back and shoulders along with your chest. With as much emphasis as you place on your bench, your chest probably isnt the weakest link Quote:

Small back = small bench. Really focus on strengthening your back over the next few months and you will see your bench numbers rise.
