take some time off from doing bicep curls,and do compound muscle exercises and watch a lil' beef grow on your arms, shoulders and chest. dips, chin ups,clean and presses, upright rows, and dead lifts. Eat more beef, drink more milk, and eat more pasta. You have to grow some MASS first before you can see some results to write home about, when perfoming isolated muscle movements.
