lol, no matter what any shit talker says, he still has the biggest arms, even if it is 20 gallons of synthol, i read his bicep routine in the old ass MD awhile back, just curious, if any of you guys know of any good routines or special exercises that you seem to get the most results from, for about 5 weeks i have been going strict on all bicep movements, and doing loads of concentrations, it seems to be working well w/ me, about 90% of my arm workouts so far have been 1 arm exercises, but i dont know, if some of you other guys w/ lots more gym knowledge could help me out would be totally appreciated.....thanks alot guys....Adieu

thanks alot man, i'll give it a go ....and to whom it concerns, sure his arms look a bit rediculous, and it is pretty cheap to inject oils, but still, go to his website and take a look at his arms when he was bodybuilding, its obvious he has great genetics in the biceps, despite using synthol....just my .02....TTT!!!!

I have the same problem....i am 6'2" and my arms are the slowest growing parts of my body. i have found the compound excercises definately work the best for me atleast. i dont completely agree with isolation excercises because I dont feel that isolation is what something like your biceps need. my favorite bicep excercise is the standing barbell curl w/ arms just wider than shoulder width. i agree with Jeff Willet and Skip Lacour's method of "controlled cheating" which allows you to strengthen all the other muscle groups which stabalize your curling motion and prevent unnecessary stress on the joints, etc. curl up fast with minimal upperbody movement, and slow on the way down. this along with some hammer dumbell curls seem to do the trick. low reps, high weight, non-isolation movements, intensity!!! peace AirBorne |

First i would ask you how often are you training your arms? Some Bros do 30 plus sets for arms more than they do for legs and then they do that twice a weeks, IMO thats way tooo much training. I train my arms alone, I dont include another body part, if i get done too early I'll use that time on the treadmill. I used to have trouble with arm size and here are a few things that helped me: Single cable curls Cable reverse curl Preacher curls Incline bench alternating dumbbell curls Now remember to switch up your training routine every few weeks. Also try to drink a protein drink right after your workout. Hope this info helps you some. Homer |
