I'm thinking of adding Rdls on either mon or fri. What do you think.

Woah, I never saw it on here, monsoon. I stand by what I said on ASN. Maybe when I'm not about to explode I'll be a little more wordy.

I want to add Good mornings on Monday, if I'm doing the rdls on Fri, is that too much total work?

I would just keep the total sets to a minimum on those two. I mean, squats + goodmorning = quite a decent lower back strain. Deadlifting the next day in and then RDL the next time in might be pushing it. Of course, I think it may depend upon how you recover and whatnot. It might not be too much at all.

Maybe you could start out with 1 set of each and add a set each week or two until you find your optimum level.

That's pretty much the plan. there is a rest day between each wo plus two on the weekend. So far I've been recovering pretty well.
I have dropped the decline bench on weds. due to time constraints.

I added 3 sets of good mornings on Mon. with a mind blowing 95lbs. As sore as I am, it's obvious that the old PC is begging for work.
