Training Forum: This is a discussion on DC training method? within the Bodybuilding forums, part of the extensive steroid information at MESO-Rx; can someone explain in detail exactly this is? ive seen people asking about it but dont know whats involved. thanks ...
ok i guess my next question is what kind of gains are people making on this?

People are making great gains from Mentzers workouts. I believe DCs training is based on heavy duty. Taking each set to failure will do wonders for strength. Some say they don't gain as much in size, but i believe the diet was the problem there. Mentzer never recommended eating many calories.

I've made huge gains on this program....I've been using it for over 6 months now, and in that time I've gained almost 40 pounds.....there is a little added bodyfat there though--LOL....maybe a couple percent.
Anyway, to write out exactly what it is would take up a huge amount of time....the best way is to read the "Cycles for Pennies" thread at animalkits.be (or if you prefer, I have the whole thread, over 400 pages worth in a word doc file.)
Other places to read up is at: www.intensemuscle.com and look for The Dogg Pound. Another place would be: www.musclemayhem.com and look under the strength and power forum.....and look at The Dogg Logg.
I've made the best gains of my life on this program....and it is the only way I will continue to train. There are many, many guys like me making similar or in some cases better gains than me.

Would you care to substantiat ANY of this? Particularly this wonderful little gem, "Taking each set to failure will do wonders for strength."
I assume you're referring to the DC diet that goes along with the training, verdad? That, to me, is the "secret" of the DC method. He takes "hardgainers" feeds them a large sack of shit about how the training is the best thing since ice cream(as if anything is better than icecream) and then tells them that, in order to see any gains, they have to follow his diet.
Seems to me, from what I've seen on the matter, that the whole secret is forcing people to eat as much as they're actually supposed to. That's my take on the matter, anyhow.

You need to educate yourself on DC training and everything that goes with it. No disrespect intended. There's much more to it than "feeding them a large sack of shit" as you call it.
Please don't comment on it if you don't have anything to add. This thread is for people who want to learn more about it.
