First off, let me tell you that I just started this program this week and I am LOVING it. I made a few slight modifications, but I haven't felt this good lifting since.....well, EVER! I highly recommend everyone give this one a shot and adjust it a little to what you want. I was just wondering why calves aren't included into the routine? I modified it and instead of doing a second day of calves with the second leg day, im going to do calves. Would this be Ok or is there a special reason that calves were not included? Thanks for any info bros! |

For a healthy individual direct calf training is largely worthless when the compound lifts are present IMO, but it won't make a difference if you add it (and if a given calf machine is closer to good looking women on aerobic equipment - why not).
