HAHA yes to be a beast. I am doing DFHT still increasing 2.5 - 5lbs per week on my exercises its going very well. And I am VERY glad for the 2 week on 1 week of 15% reduction in weight. This workout is golden. Though I still feel leg day could be longer because upper body does take longer to complete time wise. I read everywhere that keep doing legs and you'll grow like a weed. Well thats what is happening, I started lower in my weights because im doing ass to ground squats way below 90 degrees. I LOVE IT!!
