There was an article in muscular development a while back titled High and ripped on cocaine.Supposedly many top pros use coke and even crystal meth when dieting down for a show to blunt their appetites and maintain drive in the gym.Its stupid and an easy way to get a heart attack if you ask me.

uhh I did it once....I do not do e regularly.....I never said it was beter. If I am correct the original question was if people work out on coke and meth on a reg basis...my answer was I never did that, never will but I did do e and was drunk after a long night out...not saying that it was better just stating what I had done before. Do I recommend it? NO..it was stupid..but u live and learn.

coke and a bicep work out didn't mix well for me. diffently wasn't better then a normal work out. matter of fact was proably worse, can't really recall it was over 3 years ago. i'm sure if it did prodcue a better work out i'd have done it more often but only once and never again. i do rember someone asking me if i was ok and that i looked like i was on something.

lets see... most aas increase red blood cell count & blood pressure. OK... on juice, blood pressure elevated... then we lift heavy, dramatically increasing the workload on our entire cardiovascular system- also increasing overall presssure. NOW... let me sit back and figure out the best possible way to push a good idea up to a bad level... gee, I know, let's go for some coke or meth so that I can virutally garantee a stroke or anuerism is right around the corner. Not a smart move... -FreeMan |
