No question mind muscle connection is real and helps when training certain muscles.

If you work out you can answer this question.
If this was a porn question you'd have 40 responses by now.
Maybe the meso board isn't all its cracked up to be anymore.

I say yes, but only in the sense of concentrating to get perfect technique and stress on the particular muscle being exercised.
Especially for a muscle such as Biceps,or and exercise such as leg extensions.
I don't believe that some people have some type of psycho connection with their muscles.

I agree, and compound movements like deads, bench are much harder because of the much heavier weight.
You have to work your way up with the weight, cuz you'll never get it starting out heavy! Bar rows work very well until you go extremely heavy. Traps, delts they all work for me. For some reason I have trouble with my chest.

You have to be aware of the muscles you're training in order to do movements properly. You need to be conscious of form to do it properly.
I think Tom Platz and Arnold said it best, "the daily feelings", with grips and movements. Creating a "certain excitement" by thinking of the muscles and movements and the feedback is the muscle will respond better.

Honestly, it could be psychosematic, but who cares, right? As long as it gets you to concentrate more on the object muscle, you'll get better results. This is why I use a pre-workout NO2 supp (like VASO XP, or whichever you choose)......I don't believe in their "direct muscle building properties", but they do indeed help me feel the target muscle w/the pump I get.

Just my .02.
