Default even strength...

because of some past knee injuries (coupled with over-training my upper body) my leg strength is much less than my upper body strength.

I want to set goals for my body that will even out my overall conditioning.

Right now I bench 340

what range should my squats and dead lifts be in?

Squat 500
Deadlift 500

These are just guesstimates.
What do you weigh?

Your dead should be more than your squat

You should be able to pull more weight than you can push, like Grizz said. I have a good bench and squat, but I've neglected dead lifts and back exercises. Now I'm trying to even out, too.

My guess would be a deep 450 squat and a 500-550 dead.

What is your bw?

I started to oly squat about a month ago...much harder than the half squat but so much better on my legs. I haven't maxed out on my oly squat, but I figure it to be about the same as my bench press, 350lbs.

In fact, on the 5x5 program my bench, oly squat and deadlift are all within 10lbs of eachother...which kind of depresses me. But since I've only been doing squats and DL's for a month, I'm hoping my other bodyparts will catch up...

I'm 6'3 and weigh 220...

Don't worry. You press will only be able to progress so much further before progress begins to stall while your deads and squats keep going up.

If you're deep squatting 350 after only a month, you're doing pretty good.

As Grizz stated, most likely your squat, and especially your dead, will rise at a greater rate than your bench.

thanks for the input, guys.

this next week I'll be moving to the 3x3 part of the program...hopefully I'll see some significant strength gains there. I also heard that the 3x3 is where you pack on size too...

Remember that your height 6"3 could make squats more difficult.
I wouldnt worry about it unless you compete in powerlifting as long as your getting stronger and bigger.
