Default fat loss and training

I just can't seem to lose fat for nothing. I lift weights for 40 mins then do 35 on exercise bike 5 times a week. I just can't seem to lose fat. I took 120mcg clen and ramped up to 150mcg T3 and back down. I weight 240 and have been eating 2,400 calories ed. I have a sit down job so that's the only exercise I get during the day. I'm on week 7 and have lost 2 lbs. This sucks to bust my ass and not get results.

That is the truth. I'm also using 600mg test a week. I always do cardio after lifting. Maybe I'm just one of those people that can't lose fat no matter what they do.

I suspect you are consuming more calories than you think. Write down everything you eat for a week and then calculate your daily caloric intake. You also may be retaining water due to the test. Let the mirror and/or your waist measurement determine your fat loss.

Youre either 1) eating more calories than you think, 2) not exercising as much as you claim, or 3) you are gaining muscle while losing fat since youre on test.

If none of those happen to be true, then I agree with Grizz.

Those people are fictional. They don't exist.

Grizz, this is America, where fat people are victims of their genetic predisposition towards storing excess bodyfat. Lack of exercise and eating excess amnts of sugary Starbucks drinks, McDonalds, donuts, etc has nothing to do with it. These people could literally eat nothing and they would not lose weight. Their incredible genetics defy the laws of thermodynamics. Hey, chubby is the new thin.

You have to lose weight if you consume fewer cals than your body metabolizes. Like they were saying, something is off. How would you rate the intensity of your workouts? I believe you have the duration of exercise right, but either you're barely breaking a sweat, or you're eating more cals than you think. Do what beef said.
