Any suggestions for a gym in the Miami (Beach) area where I can find a trainer who can get me started on the 5x5 and then leave me alone? In lieu of that, would you suggest that I go to any gym and see if anyone there is familiar with the 5x5? Having never squatted, for example, I'd like someone just to make sure that I'm doing things right. And if I need to do any training or stretching to be able to achieve proper form then I'd like to know. At this point, I'm just interested in a place to work out, proper form and selection of starting weights. I feel that to accomplish this at the place that I started going to would require reinventing the wheel and I'd just like to find a more suitable place. Thanks all. |
