Default getting back at it

muscle memory is an amazing thing, i have been out of powerlifting and heavy weights really for about 5 years just phocusing more on crossfit, running, swimming etc for my job (military). i decided this deployment i would get back into it and start lifting heavy again and powerlifting since i enjoy that more and am definately built more like a lifter then i ever was a runner. so anyways in the last three months just on NOxplode, protein, aminos, and a multi vitamin i've went from

benching 225x14 to 225x25 times
max of 315 to 370 bench

squat from 375-440

deadlift from 370-500

and a clean of 225- 270

my weight has stayed the same but goin from a softbody eating everything i could get my hands on before i left the states to definately a more lean, musclular build like i had in college. I am now on the 5x5 workout, just started this week been good so far, i have just been plateued at 370 for the last few weeks on bench so hoping this will help me push through. anyways just bored sitting here and thought i would post up. anyones else taken long amounts of time off and been amazed how quickly things have come back???

thanx man, i'm pretty happy. still have a long way to go till i'm close to where i was but in three months i'm definately happy with the results. still have a few more months over here so i've got nothing but time. the only limiting factor is keeping enough food in me, at least good food. the food out here in the sandbox is HORRIBLE!!!

You should be happy, from your post it looks like your doing awesome. That is a shame about the food though...keep safe.
