If you guys have a safety squat bar or cambered bar at your gym, they are even more fun. They are much ahrder with these bars because of the camber, but I've worked up to a strict 405x3 on the cambered bar with these - I haven't seen too many guys who can replicate that.

I do them but have a problem with my lower back getting pumped and tired. I take a shoulder with stance with a slight bend in my knees and bend at the hips pushing my ass back. I only go up to 275Lbsx4-5 reps with a straight bar. Any suggestions?
