Default Good powerlifting organizations

Just wondering if anyone can tell me a few good powerlifting organizations that have websites where I can look to see what people are lifting in meets, etc. I found the International Powerlifting Assoc. and the APA, but just curious to see if there are any other big ones. Thanks.

The USPF, the APF, and the IPF are also big.

Thanks, I will look into those. I am starting to get more into pl'ing since I am much better at that than the olympic lifts, and am just trying to see if I could even hang at some of these meets within the next year. Current stats as of last week are: CG Bench: 400 Squat:455 Deadlift: 465. All of those lifts are raw, no belt, wraps, shirt, nothing just a little juice to help out. Bodyweight is 228 right now and I am 5'10-11.

Those are fine starting numbers, however you'll want to learn how to use equipment first. If you compete in a real federation, none of your competitors will be lifting raw...you wouldn't want to bring a knife to a gun fight, would you?

If you don't mind me asking...why is your deadlift so "low"? Compared to your other lifts...especially your bench (I don't know what your squat form looks like) your dead is lagging behind.

Anyway, you certainly have potential. The rest is up to your determination.

I hope you give it a shot! Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

It is low because I have only seriously trained it for 6 weeks. I maxed in it last week but that was after not doing deads for about 12 weeks. I have a feeling though that once I start doing them again my max should go up significantly, I was just getting used to doing them when I stopped. I am currently just doing squats now on my lower body days, because I feel that they are by far my weakest lift. My CG bench is way too high relative to my other lifts, but hopefully I can get that worked out. Also, I am only 20 so I have a lot of time to work with as well.
